Bastille Day is the celebration of the storming of the Bastille fortress in Paris on July 14, 1789, marking the turning point of the first French Revolution. Since then, France celebrates her national day with one of the largest military parades of Europe along the Champs-Elysées, followed by galas and fireworks, in commemoration of the unification of the French republic.

To host our own Bastille Day celebration, you are invited to play a trivia game about France and French culture.
