About the Event

A delectable and sophisticated treat, a crème brûlée is the perfect dessert! With two different lovely textures, the sweetness will melt in your mouth from the first taste. 

Learn how to make the perfect crème brûlée without any special tools—everything you need is what you already have in your kitchen. A list of ingredients and utensils will be sent out by email a week before the class. The recipe may be adjusted to accommodate both vegan/vegetarian diets and dairy allergies. This class from the Pâtisserie Series will be entirely in French. You do not need an advanced level in French to sign up, as each step of the recipe will be demonstrated on camera.
